Q:Why is it necessary to wait
30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international) to begin my
course?
A:This grace period provides DEU
and our associate universities/colleges time to process paperwork
related to your
course and provides you an option to withdraw without penalty, if done
prior
to your start date. A DEU
Enrollment Specialist will advise you of your start and end dates.
Q: Why am I assigned a DEU
e-mail address when I already have one of my own?
A:When you enroll for a course, DEU assigns a secure e-mail address
to be used while

for important messages throughout your
studies. Please keep in mind that e-mail is
sometimes the only
communication we have with you, especially if you are overseas.
