Course Support
DEU provides course support to assist military students enrolled in Select Courses at your school.
- Course Progress Monitoring: Each student is assigned to a DEU Student Support team member who monitors the student's course progress and follows-up with him or her regularly throughout the course to ensure successful and on-time course completion. When a student completes the coursework, a Progress Report is sent to the university for official grading and assignment of credit. DEU has an 87-92% pass rate for our Select Program.
- Technical Support is also provided to students who may have difficulty accessing their courses online or offline with Course DVDs.
Course support services are provided via Phone, Live Chat, Email or Online Help Desk.
