DEU is dedicated to quality online education. This is why we provide self-paced online courses from the well-known SkillSoft catalog which includes Business, IT and Desktop courses, as well as courses geared towards Professional Business and IT Certifications.

Degree Alignment
DEU's self-paced courses can be mapped to accommodate your universities needs in several ways:
- Custom mapping of our courses to directly align with specific undergraduate degree programs at your Higher Education Institution.
- Custom mapping of new curriculum using our courses for new degree programs.
- SkillSoft courses that are ACE-approved already have recommended college credits, making them easy to implement.
- Certification preparation courses in both Business and IT are a great way to expand your curriculum to military students.
- DEU offers a 12-course curriculum (36 credit hours) for Serious Games and Simulation. These are not Skillsoft courses and are wholly owned by us. Please visit www.seriousgameuniversity.com for more information.
The accreditation that the courses receive belongs exclusively to your university. For SkillSoft courses that are not ACE-approved, the formula we recommend to calculate college credit is 30 study hours to 1 credit, which is a formula used by other universities.

The Financial Advantage - No Cost to the University
There is no cost to the university for DEU's complete operation i.e., recruitment services, course support, education fairs or administration. DEU is not paid on the entire degree program, but only for the online courses offered from the Select Courses.
- The revenue generated from DEU can help with the new 90/10 ruling.
- DEU is expected to be paid only after the university receives payment.
- DEU will invoice your university for student enrollment.

Complete Marketing Solution
We offer a complete solution for marketing your school's Select Courses to the military incuding everything from concept to copy to design and deployment of both web and print media campaigns. DEU will also build a military-centric website exclusivley for your school's Select Program.

Proactive Course & Student Support
Each military student enrolled in the Select Program is assigned to a DEU Student Support team member who monitors the student's progress and follows-up with them to ensure on-time course completion. Currently, 87-92 percent of all courses taken through DEU are completed successfully.

About SkillSoft Courses
An important testament to the quality of SkillSoft content is the credit recognition these courses have achieved from a growing number of colleges and professional certification programs. Several colleges and universities award college degree credit to learners who successfully complete SkillSoft courses. SkillSoft courses have also been approved for Continuing Professional Education credit by programs such as Project Management Institute's PMP certification, NASBA, Institute of Supply Management (ISM) and more.
ACE-Approved Courses
Over 400 titles from the SkillSoft course catalog have been evaluated and recommended for college credit by the American Council on Education College Credit Recommendation Service (ACE CREDIT).
Course Delivery
Courses are delivered online through the SkillPort LMS, as well as on DVD for offline study.
